Salford Carers Centre has been supporting carers since 2001 and provides a range of services to enhance the lives of unpaid carers of all ages.

The Centre has services and support for adult carers, young adult carers and young carers.

Carers are referred to the service via local statutory and voluntary agencies and carers are also able to self refer. We currently have over 6000 carers on our database.

Gaddum Charity
Salford Carers Centre is managed by the Gaddum Charity - one of the oldest welfare charities in Greater Manchester founded in 1833. Gaddum also manage Bury Carers Centre - so you could say after 180 years 'caring is in our DNA'. Find out more about Gaddum's services at the website www.gaddumcentre.co.uk

Carers Trust
Salford Carers Centre is a Network Member of the Carers Trust: www.carers.org along with a wide range of other carers services across the country and northwest. We have been lucky enough to have visits to our Centre by the President of the Carers Trust - HRH The Princess Royal on more than one occasion, when she has showed great support of our work and a real interest in the carers she has met.
